Well, I'm a bit nervous about the idea of virtually speaking in front of people, but I'm doing an Etsy Virtual Labs class on November 19th at 4pm EST.

My workshop is Customer Service for Your Handmade Business and sort of follows this article I wrote for Modish BizTips a couple of months ago. I'm going to be giving a brief lecture on general customer service as it applies to handmade businesses, then I'll be taking some questions afterwards :)
